  I have known that this store was here for years, but never had occasion to visit until today. I walked in one minute after closing and instead of asking me to return tomorrow or giving me any kind of grief, I received immediate service. I did not know what I needed. All I knew is that my wife told me our cheap Dirt Devil broke today beyond repair and we were in need of a replacement, preferably one of higher quality.
  
  The gentleman behind the counter - I did not catch his name - gave me a quick overview of the different options and features so I was able to make an informed choice. I like that they offer a 30-day exchange, either upgrade or downgrade, in case my wife doesn't like this particular vacuum. I am highly impressed with this business so far and appreciate their service which went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone.
